This is the biggest problem that Freedom To Go has with all the other transportation companies out there. We understand it's hard to know how long someone will be at their doctor appointments because each doctor is different. What we can not understand is how a transportation company can make someone wait for hours & hours after the customer calls for a return trip home. Especially those clients who are on a routine schedule. There is no excuse for that to be happening. With F. T. G, if you have to wait more then 15 minutes longer then what we tell you the wait time will be, then the trip is on us.
